Earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco in May 2016. She practiced in California for some time before moving to Texas in 2018 to work as a state public defender, representing men on death row during their state habeas corpus proceedings. With her background as a public defender, she has extensive experience in immigration and personal injury cases.
